Griffin drivers: eastern regional dry van that never crosses the Mississippi, with paid training for new CDL holders.

How You Start

• Ride with an experienced trainer, paid every week
• Own truck on full pay after sign off
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch

The Job

• Eastern seaboard dry van, east of the Mississippi
• About 2,000 miles per week
• Home every 2 weeks, weekend options

Pay

• $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly gross
• $0.55 per mile to start, up to $0.65 with experience
• $15 stop pay, performance bonus

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
