Eastern OTR Freight With Flexible Home-Time OptionsStart with paid CDL-A mentorship, then move into an Eastern dry van position averaging $1,300-$2,000 per week. This operation stays away from New York City and the boroughs.DRIVING POSITIONRuns typically move north from Virginia into the NortheastApproximately 1,500-2,800 miles per week34-hour restarts and home time approximately every two weeksReaching about 1,900 miles can open weekend-home schedulingMostly drop-and-hook with some live loading and unloadingDay and night driving requiredCOMPENSATION$1,300-$2,000 average weekly earningsStarting mileage rate of $0.55 CPMTenure increases of $0.01 CPM up to $0.65 CPMMENTOR TRAININGTraining is approximately 3-5 weeks with 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours.
